TheZoo.London has launched an executive search division, led by Amanda Pitt.
The consultant collective was founded by ex-UM London chief executive Rachel Forde and ex-Whalar EMEA president Marco Bertozzi in mid-2023.
Pitt joins as partner and head of executive search. She previously founded her own company, The Pitt Consultancy, which worked on global executive searches and talent solutions. She has also held roles at Kingsley Gate, Korn Ferry and Grace Blue Partnership.
Pitt said: “After working at various search firms that offered similar, traditional services, I was eager to do something different", adding that she saw TheZoo.London as “perfect partners”.
The division itself plans to provide an agile approach, approaching employed full-time candidates and its collective of senior talent. Fees will be based on a payment by results model.
Bertozzi described the division as the “next logical step” for the consultant collective.
Forde added that it was the “natural evolution” of the company, and said: “Over the last 18 months we have been listening and adapting to the needs of our clients, extending into executive search and the innovative model we have built around it, is a natural evolution of that mission.”
