Charlotte Lock, the John Lewis Partnership's first pan-partnership customer director, has announced she is leaving the retailer after almost three years.

Ebiquity has added four people to its executive leadership team, including chief client officer Mark Gay, who becomes group chief operating officer, a new role for the business. The other changes at the company are Michelle Morgado, managing director UK and Ireland, who joins the leadership team while retaining her current role, Peter Hanford, previously managing director of global growth, who has been promoted to chief revenue officer, and Candice Grant, former executive assistant, who becomes head of executive operations. 

Harbour Group has hired Charlie Canetty-Clarke, ex-new business lead at Digitas, as group new business director, and Caitlin Ryan, former vice-president of Meta’s EMEA Creative Shop, as group non-executive director.

Havas Media Network has promoted its chief growth officer, Nick Wright, to lead its expanded Havas Play Network.

TBWA\London has hired Annie Gallimore, managing director of Acne London and Deloitte Digital, as managing director.

Neale Horrigan, executive creative director at Elvis, has left the creative agency after 11 years. He is set to join an agency in Australia this month.

Polly McMorrow, the chief executive of McCann London, has resigned from the agency and is expected to join Adam & Eve/DDB’s Richard Brim and Martin Beverley in launching a start-up in 2025.

Christian Kimberley-Bowen, former global lead, agency development at X, has joined Pinterest as senior global agency lead for Omnicom in December. Kimberley-Bowen was at X for only 11 months, having joined the social platform in February this year.

Malcolm Poynton, global chief creative officer at Cheil Worldwide, is leaving the agency after 10 years. Poynton was appointed as Cheil Worldwide's first global CCO in December 2014 and departed before the new year. 

Philip Jansen, former chief executive of BT Group, has started his role as chair at WPP this month. He was appointed in July 2024. 

Mike Hartleycommercial director at Hearts & Science, has announced on LinkedIn that he is leaving the agency. Hartley has been with the business for more than seven and a half years, joining in 2017 as head of partnership, publishing and audio. 

Creative PR agency Taylor Herring has named managing partner Sam Corry as its managing director. Corry joined the agency, which is part of Publicis Groupe UK, in 2013 as senior account director and head of video. 

Mobsta has announced the creation of a new C-suite with four appointments. David Graham, head of customer success, has been promoted to the new role of chief operating officer. Matt Longley, managing director, is now chief executive, Allison Gislason, finance director, is now chief financial officer and Mike Buckley, global sales director, was promoted to chief commercial officer. 

Performance marketing agency Journey Further has hired Ben Terry, executive vice-president of operations at Jellyfish, as its first chief technology officer. Terry has been with Jellyfish since 2021 and is the founding partner of creative technology company Splash Worldwide.

Swag Mukerj, chief executive of Centaur Media, left his role at the end of December. He was previously chief financial officer at Centaur between 2016 and 2019.

Philip O'Ferrall, the chief executive of Outernet, has been appointed as the co-chair of the London bid for World Pride 2030, as Outernet London becomes the official sponsor of the event. 

Hannah Monds, former co-head of EMEA at Influential, has started a new role as executive vice-president of EMEA at Lumanu

Zinc Media Group has promoted Faye Jackson, group head of press and marketing, to chief marketing officer. Jackson first joined the company in January 2024.

DVJ Insights has appointed Léonie Koning as global commercial director. Koning was previously president of Initiative EMEA between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that she was chief executive of Initiative Netherlands. 

Peter Daboll, former chief of creative strategy and insights at iSpot.tv, has joined the AI platform Daivid as head of US.
