Karen Martin, the chief executive of Bartle Bogle Hegarty and incoming president at the IPA, Katie Jackson, the chief marketing officer at Channel 4, and Paul Knight, the incoming chief executive of PHD UK, are also speaking at the regular kick-off to UK adland's year.

Jackson and AJ Coyne, vice-president of marketing at Monzo, will be part of the conversation on the year ahead for brands with Charlotte Ford, the Europe senior marketing director at Ruggable.

The year ahead for media owners panel includes Karen Eccles, chief commercial officer at The Telegraph, John Baylon, head of EMEA agency Development at Reddit, and Davina Barker, sales director at DCM.

Larissa Vince, chief executive of TBWA\London, and Polly McMorrow, the outgoing chief executive of McCann London, who is due to launch a start-up agency with Richard Brim and Martin Beverley of Adam & Eve/DDB later this year, will join James Murphy, group chief executive of Ogilvy UK, and Martin to discuss what the year will mean for creative agencies.

Sobhani will be on a panel with Jonathan Kneebone, founder and director at Glue Society, and Iain Tait, co-founder of Food and former executive creative director at Wieden & Kennedy London, on the year ahead for creativity.

Genevieve Tompkins, chief executive of Goodstuff Communications, will join Cummins and Knight to discuss the future of media agencies.
