I am using my password for The Message to log in but it isn’t working? Why is that?
The first time you log in to the new site you will need to reset your password. Select https://www.campaigncanada.ca/ForgotPassword and enter the email address you used when you registered to The Message. You will then be taken through the steps to reset your password to something memorable for you.
Why can’t I access certain content?
Only subscribers to Campaign in Canada can access all content on Campaign (Canada). View the different subscription options and what they give you. If you wish to access Campaign in all our regions - Canada, UK, US, Asia - enquire about a global subscription by contacting neil.johnston@haymarket.com
What is the difference between a registered user and a subscriber?

Sign up for bulletins
As a subscriber, you get full access to all the content on Campaign (Canada) and you automatically receive our daily news bulletin. To find out more about the benefits of subscribing, view our subscription options.
How do I sign in to the site?
Please go to the Sign in page. You will be asked for your email and your password. If you were registered with The Message and are visiting the new Campaign site for the first time, please reset your password.
Do I have to sign in each time I visit the site?
No. If you check the 'remember me' checkbox when you sign in, you will not be asked to sign in next time, unless you click to “Sign out” or visit from a different computer.
How do I change my password or bulletin preferences?
Once you are signed in, you can visit My Account to change your email address, password and bulletin preferences. If you are not signed in you can change your password here. To sign up for bulletins, you will need to register.
I am a subscriber and used to be able to read articles, but the site is now blocking me. Why?
The most likely reason for this is that your subscription has expired. Please email us to check the status of your subscription.
